Variety: Produced from Raboso grapes grown in the province of Treviso, along the banks of Piave river.
Winemaking: “White”: the must is separated from the skins when the right shade of pink is acquired. Natural fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C in pressure tanks.
Tasting notes: Bright vivacious pink colour with an elegant lingering fruity smell of wild strawberries. Well-balanced wine, fresh and mellow.
Food Pairing: Excellent as aperitif and perfect with fish, main courses and soft cheese.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C
Alcohol: 11% vol.
Sugar: 18 gr/l
Total Acidity: 6 gr/l
Pressure: 5 atm
Packaging: 0,75 lt. x 6 bottles in cardboard box.
