Production Area: North of Bari – Contrada Schinosa – Trani, at an altitude of 70 meters.
Vineyard information: espalier (4.500 vines / ha)
Time of harvest: Mid August.
Wine: After a soft pressing, the must is cocled to 10° C to obtain a natural clarification. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a constant temperature maintained at 15° C.
Ageing: Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks. Successive refinement after bottling for 1-2 months before to be released. This is a wine that should be best drunk young, but thanks to the good acidity of Bombino grapes, it retains its freshness up to 1 year.
Color: Strong straw yellow in color with greenish and golden hues.
Bouquet: The nose is fresh and intense with fruity aromas.
Palate: An elegant and well balanced wine with a clear impression of freshness and slight aromatic note.
Suitable for: A very versatile wine that fits well with seafood dishes, poultry or fresh cheeses
Serving temperature: 11° C.
