NEBBIOLO D’ALBA D.O.C.

This Nebbiolo d’Alba grows in sandy vineyards called “bricchi” in Roero, left of the river Tanaro. It is matured for one year in traditional casks and Allier barrels. Ruby red in colour and has garnet reflects with ageing. Full fragrance with scents of violets, raspberries and dried fruit. A good bodied wine, with just the right tannin-richness when drunk as a young wine and velvety. This wine has been made and bottled by oenologist Paolo Torchio
