Vines: Pinot Nero 100%
Winemaking: after careful selection, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature. After which the second fermentation in autoclave for 6-8 months occurs.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow in colour with fine and persistent perlage, it has fine and fragrant bouquet, with pleasant notes of fruit. To the palate it is fresh, elegant and harmonious, with good acidity.
Alcohol content: 12% vol
Combinations: excellent as an aperitif, goes well with delicate fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 6°/8° C
Storage: in a cool and dry place for 12-16 months.
Formats: 0,75 l – 1,5 l This wine, produced only in the best years, is made with the grapes that comes from our cru “Riva dei Ghiaioni”, which particular soil has always been perfect to give grapes with good acidity and intense aroma precursors.
