ERUBESCO

Rosé wine obtained by the skillful blend of native grapes among which the Verdea which gives freshness, Bonarda that gives texture and color el aromatic varieties Malvasia and Moscato that give unmistakable scents. The vinification takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the typical aromas of aromatic varieties, while a slight natural fermentation before the ‘bottling makes the wine refreshingly vibrant.
Clear, cherry pink color and delicate fragrance and intense among which the fragrant notes of peach and strawberry and wild berries. The palate is dry, warm, soft, smooth and fresh. Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with delicate pasta with sauce, omelettes, fish baked or stewed. Due to its lightness and freshness goes well with pizza.
It is recommended to drink it young at a temperature of 8-10 ° C
