CABERNET SAUVIGNON D.O.C.

Wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The harvest takes place in the first decade of October. The wine after a long maceration on the skins, mature for about a year in oak barrels, followed by an aging at least six months in the bottle. Wine particularly durable that lends itself to a long aging. Gloomy and aristocratic, clear, color that does not betray the great concentration, its color is a deep ruby ​​red, its perfume is intense and persistent, nose emanate vanilla and balsamic notes of great elegance accompanied by subtle vegetal notes typical of the grape and closing sensations are felt mellow sweet spices. The taste is soft, warm, full-bodied and tannic. Like all great red wines, a slight oxygenation before consumption enhances its features. It goes well with red meats and grilled, but finds its highest expression with venison and game. Recommended serving temperature 18 ° C
