Vines: Barbera 85% – Cabernet Sauvignon 10% – Croatina 5%
Winemaking: After a careful selection of grapes and press-destemming, the must is left to ferment with the skins at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days, during which more replacements are performed. At the end of alcohol fermentation the racking is carried out. Organoleptic characteristics: Garnet red in colour, it has intense, persistent and vinous bouquet with hints of fruit compote and wild berries. To the palate it is well-balanced in tannins with good structure and persistence.
Alcohol content: 13% vol
Combinations: It combines well with meat-based dishes like ravioli and braised meat. Excellent with medium-matured cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18°/20° C
Storage: In a cool and dry place for 20-24 months.
