The Verdicchio grapes are naturally dried on the vine, and carefully harvested at the beginning of November. Brought to the winery, undergo a process of soft pressing and the obtained must is fermented in stainless steel tanks for a total of 24 months. Subsequently bottled, is further refined in bottle for approximately6 months. 
 

Appellation: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Passito D.O.C.
Vineyard: Ripalta di Arcevia (An)
Grapes: Verdicchio 100%
Colour: Golden yellow with amber shades.
Aroma: Intense bouquet, with citrus, musky, candied fruits, and dried fruits sensations.
Taste: Sweet, soft, full, well balanced with aromatic persistence and long aftertaste, harmonic. Recurrence of honey, and chamomile in after-aroma.
