Technical card

Marche’s farmers had the tradition of planting some rows of Moscato and Malvasia grapes within Verdicchio vineyards; those grape varieties were used to slightly soften the typical bittery aftertaste of the Verdicchio, making it more fruity and sweeter. Our aim was to create a light bodied white wine, with more fruit and aromas than the typical Verdicchio. Malvasia and Moscato grapes are hand picked and put in shallow cases, which are brought immediately to the cellar, where the grapes undergo soft pressing. The obtained must flower is then fermented in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature.
The Verdicchio grapes are harvested separately, and vinificated in the same way as the other grape varieties.
