Variety: Manufactured by Glera grapes. Its production area is part of the Veneto and
of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Vinification: In the white → must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance
the freshness and fragrance. Then the wine is placed in autoclaves sparkling wine in contact with selected yeasts for 30 days at a Engine temperature of 18 ° C. Is then cooled to 4 ° C for 8/10 days in order to stabilize before being filtered and bottled.
Characteristics: Light straw yellow color with fine perlage. Fruity, slightly aromatic with scents of honey, flowers and apple wild.
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and dishes
delicate, with all the wonderful fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 6/8° C.
