SAUVIGNON D.O.C.

Wine obtained from grapes coming from Sauvignon Blanc according to the tradition of Piacenza with a light natural refermentation  before the bottling which makes pleasantly sparkling the wine. The manufacturing phases take places at a controlled temperature to preserve the typical aromas of the variety. Clear, straw yellow, intense and persistent  scent, among which floral and subtle vegetal notes typical of the variety Dry, savory, hot, fresh and lightly sparkling
For good structure is very pleasant as all meals wine, wants delicate appetizers, seafood and fish. Very good for fresh cheeses and every kind of white meat. Ideal as an aperitif
It is advisable to drink it young at a service temperature of 8 – 10° C
