Sparkling wine rosé made with handpicked “Lacrima” grapes soft pressed (white wine vinification process) and subsequently treated in autoclave with Charmat Method.

Grapes: Lacrima nera 100%
Colour: Pink with light rubin sparkle, thin and lingering perlage
Aroma: Elegant and delicate bouquet, with hints of rose petals and cherry
Taste: Fresh and dry, slightly aromatic
