This ‘rosato’ is vinificated applying white wine vinification, so gentle pressure of the grapes, and a brief maceration.
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and then, the wine is prepared for bottling.

 

Appelation: Marche Indicazione Geografica Tipica Rosato
Vineyard: S. Amico – Morro d’Alba and Ostra (AN)
Grapes: Lacrima Nera 100%
Colour: Dark rose red, “cerasuolo”
Aroma: Flowery sensations of rose petals and fruity sensations of red berries (cherries)
Taste: Warm, dry, clean and aromatic
