ROERO ARNEIS D.O.C.G.

A rare and typical Piedmontese wine obtained from the same named vine, grown on the sandy Langa and Roero hills. Organoleptic characteristics: a pale yellow colour with accentuated a greenish tinge; fruity bouquet, pleasant and delicate; a dry taste, without bitterness and elegant. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes. It is advised to consume this wine when it is young and at a temperature of 8-10°C. This wine has been made and bottled by oenologist Paolo Torchio.
