Type: Red sparkling wine
Vines: Croatina 90% – Barbera, Cabernet and Uva rara 10%
Winemaking: After careful selection of the grapes and the press-destemming, the must is left to ferment with the skins at a controlled temperature for 10-15 days, during which more replacements are carried out. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the racking is carried out. After which effervescing in an autoclave occurs.
Organolepticcharacteristics:Ruby ​​red in colour with violet reflections, it has an intense aroma and pleasant notes of red fruit. To the palate it is soft, clean, with good persistence and fruity notes.
Alcohol content: 12% vol
Combinations: Ideal as an aperitif. It well accompanies a summer cuisine, to be tried with main courses of fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 14°/16° C, poured it into a glass containing 3-4 ice cubes.
Storage:  In a cool and dry place for 16-18 months.
