Variety: Made from Glera grapes, an indigenous variety grown in the province of Treviso since 1800.
Winemaking: “White“: the must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance
freshness and fragrance. The “prise de mousse“ takes place at low temperature in pressure tanks.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow colour with fine perlage. Fruity wine, slightly aromatic with smell of honey, flowers and wild apples.
Food Pairing: Excellent aperitif wine, it goes well with appetizers, delicate dishes and fish.
Serving Temperature: 6-8 °C
Alcohol: 11 % vol.
Sugar: 13 gr/l
Total Acidity: 5.8 gr/l
Pressure: 2,5 atm
