Variety: Made from Glera grapes, an indigenous variety grown in the province of Treviso since 1800.
Winemaking: “White“: the must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance freshness and fragrance. The wine is then placed in pressure tanks for second fermentation with selected yeasts for 30 days at a temperature of 18°C. It is finally cooled at -4°C for 8/10 days to stabilize before filtering and bottling.
Tasting Notes: Clear straw yellow colour with fine perlage. Fruity wine, slightly aromatic
with smell of honey, flowers and wild apples.
Food Pairing: Excellent as aperitif and between meals. It goes wonderfully with vegetable and fish appetizers, light food.
Serving Temperature: 6-8 °C
Alcohol: 11 % vol.
Sugar: 15 gr/l
Total Acidity: 5,8 gr/l
Pressure: 5 atm
Packaging: 0.75 lt. x 6 bottles in cardboard box.
