Technical card

Variety: 100% Glera grapes. Indigenous variety cultivated on the hills of Conegliano and
Valdobbiadene since the early 1800s; in 1969 the producers’ wish was granted with recognition of Conegliano Valdobbiadene area as the only one for the production of Prosecco DOC. To protect the uniqueness and excellence of this heritage of man and nature, in 2010 DOC was upgraded to DOCG to guarantee an absolute quality in each bottle.
Denomination: The Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG production zone includes a territory comprising 15 communes. The vines are grown only on the sunniest part of the hills at a height between 50 and 500 metres above sea level.
Winemaking: “White“: the must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance its freshness and fragrance. The “prise de mousse“ takes place in pressure tanks at low temperature.
Tasting Notes: Clear straw yellow colour with fine perlage and a fruity smell where unripe apple prevails. It has a well-balanced body and a dry, fresh flavour.
