Vines: Pinot Grigio 100%
Winemaking: After careful selection of the grapes and the press-destemming, the must is fermented with the skins at a controlled temperature for 5-6 days, during which other replacements are performed. At the end of alcohol fermentation the racking is carried out. Organoleptic characteristics: Light amber in colour, it has a fine and delicate bouquet with hints of raspberry and currant. For the palate it is savoury and long-lasting.
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol
Combinations: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes pleasantly with white meat and fish. It is good for snacks with briefly-seasoned cured meats.
Serving temperature: 8°/10° C
Storage: In cool and dry place for 18 months.
Formats: 0,75 l – Loose.
