Perfume: Slender and delicate characteristic perfume wichh remebers the violet. Attenuateing and perfecting with ageing
Tasting notes:
dry, of a good body, fairly tannic when young, velvety and harmonic.
Wines: Nebbiolo 100%
Wine-making: Fermentation in still during 12 days in contact with their peels
Maturity: In little barrels of oak for the 18 month duration
Food Pairing: Tagliolini with sausage sauce or with truffle, agnolotti in roast sauce, red meat,stews and game, average seasoning or blue cheeses
Epoch of consumption: 4 – 8 years
Service temperature: 18° – 20°
