Variety: 100% Merlot, vigorous vine. The wine is very full when produced from low yield
production (8000/9000 kg of grapes per hectare).
Denomination: Piave D.O.C., it is grown along the stony banks of Piave river.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Fermentation: the must is in contact with the skins for approx. 10/12 days at a temperature of 28/30°C to facilitate the dissolution of colouring
substances and tannins in the grape skins.
Ageing: The wine is stored for a period in stainless steel tanks and then matures for about 10/12 months in oak casks with a further 1 year ageing in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour tending to garnet, strong winey aroma with hints of raspberry and cinnamon. It acquires elegance and structure over time.
Food Pairing: Good with tasty dishes such as risotto and meat-filled ravioli.
Excellent with salami, stewed meat, White and red roast meat.
Serving Temperature: 16-18 °C

Total Acidity: 5 gr/l
Packaging: 0.75 lt. x 6 or 12 bottles in cardboard box.
