Vinificated in 60 Hl temperature controller oak vats; maceration period around 10 days. Subsequently undergoes malolactic fermentation and refining in the same vats for 8 months.

Vineyard: S. Amico – Morro d’Alba and Ostra (AN)
Grapes: Lacrima nera 100%
Colour: Deep ruby red with purple shades
Aroma: Sensations of withered rose petals (Rose Fané), red berries, with a light pink pepper aroma
Taste: Well balanced, fruity and fresh aftertaste, with a remarkable aromatic persistence
