Denomination: Veneto Protected Geographical Indication: Province of Treviso.
Winemaking: “Red”: the must is in contact with the skins for approx. 15 days at a temperature of 25/27°C to aid the dissolution of the colourings and tannins in the grape skins.
Ageing: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are aged separately in Slavonian oak casks for 15 months and then bottled together. The wine matures for further 6-8 months in bottle. Before being placed on the market it undergoes strict analytical test and tasting.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour tending to purple. Velvety talc aroma with notes of cherry and liquorice. Round, well-balanced and spicy on the palate.
Food Pairing: It goes well with roasts, red meat and venison. Excellent as meditation wine.
Serving Temperature: 18/20°C. It is advisable to open the bottle at least half an hour before drinking and serve in a decanter.

Total Acidity: 5,5 gr/l
