GUTTURNIO FRIZZANTE D.O.C.

This wine is the best expression of the tradition of our territories inquiring into the wine liveliness, even those full-bodied reds, expression of verve and vitality. The wine is made from selected grapes of “Barbera” and “Bonarda”, from the best vineyards exposed. Vinified according to the classic tradition of Piacenza, is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after natural fermentation, the wine makes a pleasantly bustling. Clear, deep ruby ​​red color, slightly winy fragrance, most notably delicate floral sensations and red fruit. Dry, warm enough, and  rightly tannic. Suitable for every course, from appetizers of cured meats to traditional dishes like “pisarei and fasò” to conclude with the main dishes of white meat. Its pleasant liveliness together with a good freshness suggest a temperature of about 12 ° C
