Type: Sweet sparkling white wine
Vines: Moscato 100% (20% Fior d’Arancio variety)
Winemaking: After careful selection of the grapes and the press-destemming, the wine is made with the process known as “cryomaceration”: the grapes are placed in a special tub for about 12 hours at a temperature of 6-8 degrees. After the soft pressing the must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections, it has a fragrant and intense bouquet, with light hints of yellow peaches. It is sweet, fresh, pleasantly fine and balanced to the palate.
Alcohol content: 4,5% vol
Combinations: To be served with all kinds of sweets especially with tarts and dry pastries.
Serving temperature: 8°/10° C
Storage: In cool and dry place for 18 months.
