Cultivated, for from ancient times, the Falanghina gat from vineyard cultivated an argillaceous, calcareous, sunny, hilly lands, that guarantee a high-quality wine.

Production area: Benevento area with the exception of bottom valley lands
Grapes variety: Falanghina Sannio 100%
Vineyard age: olden than 10 years
Vineyard exposure: south with north – south orientation of the row
Land’s composition: argillaceous calcareous
Altitude: from 300 to 400 metres
Grape harvest: at the end of September
Wine-making: after a soft pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature without peels (16/18°C)
Aging: in stainless steel
Bottle aging: 2 months at least

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense straw-yellow with greenish reflections
Smell: fine, elegant with a banana and green apples’ strong smell
Taste: dry, fresh, tasty and softly fruity
Serving suggestion: shrimp rice, stewed squid, shall fish and fresh cheese
Serving temperature: 8°/10°C
