Technical card

The Lacrima variety, early flowering, aromatic, joins renown Sangiovese and Merlot grapes in the making of this early wine with a characteristic fresh, fruity and floral taste.
Vinificated in 60 hl oak vats, maceration temperature controller for 8 days. After drawning off, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, and remains in stainless steel tanks through all winter. Eventually bottled in the first week of March, as to be ready for the market around end of April.

Vineyard: Località S. Amico – Morro D’Alba (AN)
Grapes: Sangiovese 60%, Merlot 30 % and Lacrima Nera 10%
Colour: Deep ruby red with purple shades
Aroma: Sensations of withered rose petals (Rose Fané), red berries, with a light pink pepper aroma
Taste: Well balanced, fruity and fresh aftertaste, with a remarkable aromatic persistence
