Vines: Chardonnay 100%
Winemaking: After careful selection of the grapes and the press-destemming, the wine is made with the process known as “cryomaceration”: the grapes are placed in a special tub for about 12 hours at a temperature of 6-8 degrees. After the soft pressing the must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic characteristics: The colour is straw yellow with golden highlights, it has an elegant and intense bouquet with notes of fruit and yellow flowers. It is fine and pleasantly warm and long-lasting to the palate, with hints of yellow peach and pineapple.
Alcohol content: 13% vol
Combinations: Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal companion for hors d’oeuvres, first courses and fish main courses.
Serving temperature: 8°/10° C
Storage: In cool and dry place for 18 months.
Formats: 0,75 l – Loose.
