BONARDA DOLCE D.O.C.

Wine made from grapes of the vine that because of its softness lends itself well to the production of sweet wines and bites to you. All stages of the winemaking occur at a controlled temperature to safeguard the fragrance. The fermentation is stopped so as to leave a residual sugar of about 70-80 g / l, a slight fermentation before bottling gives the wine an essential liveliness that counterbalances an extreme sweetness.
Clear, deep ruby ​​red color, characteristic almond scent and pleasant, slightly tannic, pleasantly sweet flavor and soft. Ideal companions for all those desserts that include use of seasonal fruit, great for preparing the “sangria”.
