Vines: Croatina 95% – Barbera and Uva rara 5%
Winemaking: The late harvest takes place on a careful selection of grapes. After the press-destemming, the must is left to ferment with the skins at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days, during which more replacements are performed. At the end of alcohol fermentation the racking is carried out.
Organoleptic characteristics: Brilliant ruby ​​red in colour, it has an intense aroma, with hints of red fruits and jam. To the palate it is full-bodied, round, soft and well structured.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol
Combinations: It accompanies very well cured meats and meat-based dishes such as ravioli and braised meats.
Serving temperature: 18°/20° C
Storage: In a cool and dry place for 20-24 months.
