Production area: North of Bari – Contrada Schinosa – Trani, at an altitude of 70 meters.
Grapes: 50% Bombino Bianco 50% Incrocio Manzoni
Vineyards: 7,04 Hectares of Bombino Bianco and Incrocio Manzoni grown espalier, vines are trained using the spurred cordon method . The vineyards are located on limestone rich soil with a density of 4,500 plants per hectare.
Wine making: The harvest takes place in the mid of September. A brief maceration of the grapes at temperatures below 10 ° C precedes the soft pressing of the grape skins and cleaning of the musts by simple static clarification. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures that never exceeds 15 ° C. Malolactic fermentation is never achieved.
Ageing: Ageing takes place in steel tanks. Successive refinement after bottling for 1-2 months before the wine is ready to be released.

Tasting notes: Pale straw colour with golden reflexes. The bouquet is fresh and intense with notes of golden apple, pear and tamarind peel. Big and fruity on the palate, well balanced by an acidic note.
Recommended with: An ideal wine with seafood and poultry.
Serve cool at 10-12°C.
