BARBERA D.O.C.

Wine made from grapes Barbera. The harvest takes place the last week of September. After an average maceration on the skins and aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, bottling takes place after natural fermentation in autoclave, which makes the wine pleasantly bustling.
Clear, ruby-red color, distinctive aroma winy, good acidity, slightly tannic, dry, warm, full-bodied, medium-bodied. Ideal with soups vegetables and legumes, pasta and beans, rice, red meat, stewed red meat, mixed boiled meat.
For its remarkable freshness and liveliness we recommend the combination with cooked salamis and zampone.
